Problem 🤔

A lot of advertisements promoting the event overflow. How can an event platform like Eventbrite encourage people to choose their preferred one among the numerous events without being overwhelmed?

Solution 💡

The interactive kiosk on the subway suggests some events based on the people’s selection.

PR Headline

Let’s have some fun!

Your event journey starts right here.

USER JOURNEY

STEP 1
Users find an interactive kiosk that has a headline of “Let’s have some fun!”. It arouses users’ interest while waiting on the subway platform.

STEP 2
When the users start the journey, they first choose and drag what they want within a broad category. They can also select multiple.

STEP 3
After users select the main categories, they can choose the detailed categories and drag them into the circle.

STEP 4
When the users are done choosing their needs, Eventbrite suggests several events upon the selection. While they are swiping, they can scan the QR code for more detailed info.
